Sales & Business Development Manager
This senior commercial role is essential for managing the £180,000 outsourcing contract,
expanding B2B and trade partnerships, and driving the Company’s revenue growth. It
requires specialist knowledge of the printing customisation sector, which has not readily
available .
Salary: £55,500 based on 37.5 hours per week. However, it can be reduced if the migrant is a new
entrant category)
Key responsibilities
–Develop new B2B, trade, and corporate printing contracts.
– Identify new markets for DTF, embroidery, laser engraving, litho, and personalised products.
– Build long‑term relationships with schools, charities, SMEs, and corporate clients.
– Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
– Oversee order processing, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
– Prepare monthly sales reports and revenue projections. – Implement strategies to achieve growth targets.
